1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dh444 platform, including the website at dh444.pro and all associated services, games, promotions, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and dh444 ("we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any dh444 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. dh444 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use dh444 you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times. dh444 may request documentation to verify eligibility at any stage.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. dh444 implements age-verification procedures and will close any account where the holder is found to be under 21.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction where doing so is not expressly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your location.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering. Any false information provided during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3Account Registration

To access dh444's betting and casino services you must complete the registration process. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify dh444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• dh444 may verify the identity and eligibility of any account holder at any time. Players may be required to submit KYC documents before withdrawals are processed. Failure to comply within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are considered duplicate accounts. All duplicates will be closed and any balances or bonus funds forfeited.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting dh444 support. Pending bets will be settled before closure. Remaining balances (after applicable deductions) will be returned to your registered payment method.

dh444 may decline to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason where it determines in its sole discretion that doing so is appropriate.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on dh444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dh444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. The following transaction terms apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player account.
• Deposit timing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation. Occasional delays may occur due to third-party payment processing outside dh444's control.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. dh444 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time requests or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Withdrawal timing: Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business hour. dh444 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party systems.
• Withdrawal to registered method only: Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. dh444 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5Bonuses and Promotions

dh444 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated when the bonus is offered.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• One bonus per account: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per player account. Using duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times is prohibited.

6Betting Rules

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, dh444's decision is final.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond the settlement period; obvious pricing errors; or technical errors affecting bet placement or settlement.

Live betting markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to rapid odds changes. It is the player's responsibility to confirm odds at the time of placing a bet. dh444 is not liable for bets placed at odds updated prior to confirmation.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dh444. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Bonus abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gaming activity.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market in a way that is contrary to the rules of fair play.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws. dh444 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

8Account Suspension and Closure

dh444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which dh444 may take such action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements or prohibited conduct provisions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time following a request from dh444.
• Where dh444 has reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account would expose dh444 or other users to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed for a material breach of these Terms, dh444 may withhold any remaining balance. Where closure is for administrative or non-breach reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of verification.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the dh444 Platform — including website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of dh444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written permission of dh444.

Game content, including the software and audiovisual elements of casino games, slots, and crash titles available on dh444, is owned and licensed by the respective third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. dh444 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dh444's liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited. dh444 shall not be liable for the following categories of loss or damage:
